What is Karaage?

Karaage is Japanese style fried chicken

which is an all time favorite meal for everyone in Japan.

Very juicy inside also crunchy outside.

It is one of the most appetizing menu that matches with white rice.

Our Karaage receive an award 2020 in summer festival .

How to make Karaage

1, Fried chickens which is cut into bit-size pieces are marinade by

soy sauce, garlic , ginger and our original sauces .

 

2, Coat the chickens

 

 

3, Then put them into the

160°C to 170°C oil the temperature for first

 

 

4, Take the chicken out to drain for few minutes.

 

 

5, Heat the oil to 180°C and fry for the second time until crisp.
